Rumi Hara is a cartoonist and illustrator who grew up in Japan and the U.S. She is the author of Nori (D+Q, 2020) and The Peanutbutter Sisters and Other American Stories (D+Q, 2022). Her favorite sushi toppings are ebi and hotate.
